SPICY MIAMI
- 2 oz Magic city vodka
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut water
- Rimmed with Tajin seasoning Garnish with edible flowers
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and
shake vigorously pour over ice in a rocks glass
GOOMBAY SPLASH
- 2 oz of Goombay rum
- Splash of orange juice
- Splash of pineapple juice
- Splash of grapefruit juice
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry
Method
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously Strain into a Collins glass over ice and your choice of garnish: a cherry, an orange slice, a pineapple wedge, or a strawberry.

- 1 oz Bahama Mama white rum
- 1 oz Coconut rum
- ½ dark rum
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
